Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

MathBands ships within the continental United States. For locations outside the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please reach out to us at info@mathbands.com before placing an order, and we’ll be happy to help.

Orders are shipped via USPS. Economy shipping is the default shipping option unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at info@mathbands.com within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original condition and packaging

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Return instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
